Our Memories: Jack Ramu
April 22, 2020
So many incredible things happened this year, but one of my favorite memories took place after the final band competition in October. We had just won, and everyone was awarded blue medals. My friends and I decided to go to Waffle House to end the evening. Turns out a pretty significant portion of the band had the same idea. We got there first and took a booth, and slowly more and more sweaty band kids in bibbers, dinkles, and medals started showing up. We crammed eight people into a booth. Pretty much every table was filled with band kids the same way. After we ate our food (great, now I’m craving waho…) we stuck around playing with the jukebox and generally annoying the staff. I have plenty of wild photos from this experience and I’ll never forget how happy we all were on this night.

Howdy, I’m Jack and I am a sophomore at Forsyth Central High School. I’m in my first year of the Humanities program, and have so far loved learning...
