I am a junior at Forsyth Central High School. From a very young age, I have loved to write. The first writing contest that I ever won was the Young Georgia Authors’ contest countywide in the third grade. Since then, I have won for the county of the Young Georgia Authors’ contest in eighth and ninth grade and first place in state for the Georgia Laws of Life Essay Contest. I actively participate in theater, both in school and in the community. Some of my favorite roles include Olive Ostrovsky in Putnam County Spelling Bee, Morticia in the Addams Family, Helen Keller in the Miracle Worker, Scout in To Kill A Mockingbird, and Leading Player in Pippin. My hobbies include reading, writing, singing, acting, dancing, and doing homework into the early hours of the morning. I love to be a part of my school in organizations such as Central Ambassadors and the Georgia secretary of state ambassadors. I am vice president of the Central Ambassadors, and I am president of the junior class. Writing is a strong passion of mine, something that will be present in whatever career I choose. Hopefully one day, I will be a successful published author.
